Newsletter & Booking Engine Integration

This update allows users of our Booking Engine and Newsletter systems to easily add clients details from the backend of their booking engine, to their newsletter subscriber lists, with only a couple of clicks.

How to link your account with Rooms and Events

1. Go to the setup tab and choose "Client Settings."
2. Click on "Newsletter Settings" on the right side.
3. Insert your Client-id into the form. (if you don't have your Newsletter Client-ID contact us to get it)
4. Click on "Synchronize with newsletter system" and your current subscribers lists are fetched from there.
5. By activating a list, you can choose which list will be used to add subscribers automatically during the booking process.

Add existing customers into a subscribers list

1. Go to customers tab.
2. Filter for customers and click on "add to subscribers list."
3. Select the list you wish you add them to.
4. Customers should now be added to the subscribers list.
