Express Booking - Events Product Update

This latest update to the Events Engine increases the speed by which bookings, taken by telephone, can be processed. Bookings can now be created in 2 quick steps with the option of adding more detailed information on the customer if necessary.

It can be found by logging into your Events System, selecting the Ticket Sales tab (the default tab displayed when you log in) and clicking on ‘Express Bookings’ in the right hand menu.

Then you simply add your customer details, choose the date and event that is applicable, click on search tickets, choose the amount of tickets they want and click on Finish. All fields to be filled in are contained on the same page, allowing for easy editing and access.
